Domestic Orders

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, plus transit time. All order are shipped through UPS and USPS.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during the shipping process. 

International Orders

International shipping is provided through UPS and USPS. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus transit time. Both shipping services will deliver your package to the destination country, where it will then be transferred to your local postal service.

Please be aware that international orders frequently experience delays at customs. All packages are subject to the laws, duties, and taxes of their destination country. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office if your package is held for any reason and to resolve any required actions. Any additional fees incurred are outside of Brand Builders Co.'s control and are separate from the shipping fees collected at checkout. We are unable to contact or intervene with any customs offices on your behalf.
